  • Return Policy

  • At Best Value Glove, we are committed to customer satisfaction.  Please write us an email to returns@bestvalueglove.com for RMA authorization.  Due to potential cross contamination on our medical product we only accept return on unopened and undamaged product.  An unopened product is a product with the original factory seal still intact along with all of the factory original packaging.  All RMA authorization will be processed based on the unit of measure on the original order.

    1. Missing Merchandise, Damaged Shipments and Defective Products

    a. Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. Carrier will then return the product back to Best Value Glove. Our customer service should be notified immediately so a replacement order can be expedited. 
    b.     Best Value Glove will take full responsibility for any products that was incorrectly shipped from us. Please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange the exchange for the correct product to be shipped to you. Any notification of missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of the product delivery. Beyond this time period, all requests will be denied and the invoice must be paid in full.

    2. Return Authorization, Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits

    a. If a customer refuses a shipment, not due to transport damage and carrier has to return the product(s), Best Value Glove will grant a credit for the value of the products only, but not the original freight charges. In addition, Best Value Glove will assess a $15.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) restocking fee. 
    b.     If a customer wants to return product(s) for exchange, please email returns@bestvalueglove.com within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. The customer will be responsible for the freight cost of returning the product and the freight cost of shipping the replacement product. 
    c. If a customer wants to return product(s) for refund, please email returns@bestvalueglove.com within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. In addition, EQ Plus will assess a $15.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) restocking fee minus any shipping/freight cost. 
    d. Return requests are not processed on any opened products.
